Our reception is open daily from 07:30 to 20:30. For late arrivals we have a key box, please inform us in advance.

0 to 3 days before arrival: 100% of the arrangement price

We are happy to provide you with allergy-friendly bed linen on request. Please let us know at the time of booking.

Are there accessible rooms?
Yes, we offer accessible rooms. Please contact us in advance so that we can reserve a suitable room for you.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Our entire hotel complex was built barrier-free. All floors, the large sun terrace, the lobby, the restaurant and the dining room are easily accessible by elevator or external ramp. This enables people in wheelchairs as well as those with visual or walking impairments to move freely and independently throughout the hotel.
We have a total of 21 barrier-free double rooms, which are divided into 10 standard rooms with balcony and 11 comfort rooms (some with terrace).
In cooperation with proinfirmis and hotelleriesuisse, the hotel was inspected in spring 2022 and classified as barrier-free.
There is no elevator from the underground car park to the hotel.
Is there free WLAN in the hotel?
Yes, free WLAN is available in the entire hotel area.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
No, the hotel does not have air conditioning.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel.
Are dogs and cats allowed in the hotel?
Dogs and cats are very welcome. However, a flat rate of CHF 20.00 per pet and night will be charged.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we have parking spaces both in front of our hotel and in the parking garage, which our hotel guests can use free of charge subject to availability. The parking spaces in the area of the Bergbahnen Meiringen-Hasliberg AG can also be used free of charge. Please contact the hotel reception on site. The car may be parked before the official check-in.
Is there a charging station for electric cars?
Yes, there are two parking spaces in our parking garage with access to an electric charging station. Reservations are not possible and use is subject to availability (first-come, first-served). Please let us know when you check in so that we can activate the charging station for you.
Can we store our ski equipment / bicycles safely?
Yes, we have a lockable ski room in winter and our ski room is converted into secure bike storage in summer. You will be given the key when you check in at reception.
Is there a fridge in the room?
No, our rooms are not equipped with a fridge. If you need to refrigerate important items such as medication, the hotel staff will be happy to do this for you. Please let us know in advance.
Arrival, guest card & activities
How do I get my guest card and public transport ticket?
You will receive an e-mail about 2 days before your arrival to register online for the guest card and your public transport ticket.
Please follow the steps below:
Please open the link in the e-mail you received and register for the Digital Guest Card
You will receive another email after registration with your Digital Guest Card. Please open the link and there you can add the guest card either as a PDF or to your Apple/Google Wallet.
On the same page, under "Please note!", you will see another link for ordering the public transport ticket. Each fellow traveler must be entered here.
The delivery of the public transport ticket will be delayed by the transport company. This can take up to 2 hours.

When and for how long is the public transport ticket and the guest card valid?
The guest card and the public transport ticket are valid for your entire stay. Incl. day of arrival and departure.
Is it possible to travel by public transport?
You can travel by train and post bus via Brünig or take the aerial tramway from Meiringen to Reuti.
Arrival by car is possible via the Brünigspass directly to the hotel. Please note that in winter the roads may be snow-covered and snow chains are strongly recommended.
Where is the nearest ATM?
There are ATMs at the Twing valley station and at various locations in Meiringen.
Where is the nearest bus stop?
The nearest bus stop is about 50 meters from the hotel.
Which is the nearest train station?
Meiringen railroad station
The nearest train station is in Meiringen.
Duration: approx. 17 minutes (with the Reuti-Meiringen cable car and footpath)
Brünig-Hasliberg railroad station
Alternatively, the Brünig-Hasliberg train station would be around 29 minutes away by public transport.
Is the day hiking pass / ski pass included in the room price?
The hiking day pass / ski pass for the Meiringen-Hasliberg mountain railroads is not included in the room price.
However, you can obtain hiking day tickets / ski passes at reduced rates at our reception:

Reduced ski passes are available at the reception. We grant you a 30% discount on day and multi-day ski passes from Bergbahnen Meiringen-Hasliberg AG. The Magic Pass is valid all year round.
Hiking day tickets:
Reduced hiking day tickets 3+ zones of the Bergbahnen Meiringen-Hasliberg AG are available at the reception. CHF 18.00 per adult and CHF 5.00 per child. Children with the SBB Junior or Children's Co-travelcard travel free of charge.

Do you offer activities for children?
Children get their money's worth on the Hasliberg. In our hotel, the youngest guests can look forward to a lovingly furnished playroom where they can let off steam to their heart's content. The spacious outdoor playground also invites them to explore.
